The Soft Architecture of Color

I was already far along with my collections and color directions. Embroidery threads had opened endless possibilities through layering, contrast, and visual texture. But at some point, I needed everything to quiet down slightly. Essential Chic began taking shape there.

I wanted stronger forms that could move naturally from day into night without feeling overworked. Statement necklaces you continue wearing instinctively. That is also when clay entered my work.

I began creating artisan-made clay beads and hand-painted elements designed to blend naturally into the rest of the jewelry rather than sitting apart from it. I was searching for softness and structure at the same time. Something cleaner, more sculptural, but still deeply connected to fashion.

Essential Chic became a calmer direction, but never a colder one.
The contrasts simply became more refined.
