Kindred — Natural Forms
I became fascinated by the way rocks gather naturally — irregular forms resting beside one another with a quiet spontanous rhythm.
That feeling slowly entered the clay. The beads became more organic, less sculpted, shaped by instinct rather than symmetry. Touches of gold or silver leaf settled into the surface quietly, catching light between texture and color.
There is something grounded about Kindred. The pieces feel collected rather than constructed, connected through curves, warmth, and movement.
Kindred became a study of natural forms gathered together — imperfect, tactile, and deeply alive.
